And another satisfied customer. I think I've seen maybe one VC hater on this site since the game came out. That's pretty epic.

The handhelds do have many good/great JRPG's, but there is no denying that so many of them are just remakes.
Yes that shouldn't exclude them, but for someone like me, I already played many of them years ago. Although I loved Brave Story, FFIV, Chrono Trigger. TWEWY was awesome as well, but in terms of new IP's on the DS for JRPG, this gen in general has been severely lacking for me. Unless there is something special that I am missing.
How about "best JRPG this gen on home consoles"?
Can I at least get that one?
Haven't played Vesperia yet either, but I have never been a fan of the Tales series, but I do want that game.

Well, VC scores better while being in a tougher subgenre of RPG and being a new IP. That accounts for something ^^
And as nyanks said: it's hard to find a hater out there for this game.

Don't forget higher sales too. <------
Compared to it's closest JRPG competitor on home consoles this gen, review wise, which is ToV.
Point is... this game is awesome.

Although I usually go against this. You can just go on youtube and watch a video on how to beat that level in like 2 turns.

360,000 give or take. It is probably higher though.
Highest SRPG this gen is "Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn" I think. Sitting at around 400k. I could be wrong. I know it is the highest on PS3 and highest selling SRPG on 360 is something like 40k.
Very high sales for a low budget SJRPG.

You can just do skirmishes and make your characters stronger. I'm sure you can figure it out without too much of a problem. 7 was the toughest for me.
