i won't post a single reply as i am totally against the statement. I would comment on 360 indeed...

Reason why there is so much PS3 hate is because over and over again, the PS3 has been proven to be a worthy viable option in the console industry.  This is the second gen that I can recall that being in third place isn't neccessarily a bad thing.  If you offer a good product that has good support while receiving continual support, then that's good.  Just as much as the PS3 didn't retain the crown that the PS2 had, it's just as true that the false image of a failing PS3 is hard to clearly picture even in the eyes of the non-gaming hater because the PS3 continues to make notable strides.  And because these strides are being made, the non-gaming hater had to "even the odds" by acting like the "10 year old" that you mentioned.  I think every gamer here believes that the PS3 is not for every one.  But just because this is the case, it doesn't give someone the right to force such asanine immature insecure tamtrums as fact down the throats of consumers.  I love gaming, and I wish some of these guys will learn to do the same.

The truth never hurts me, but asanine biasness makes gaming and gamers look bad.

Someone should start a "top 10 reasons the XBox 360 is a failure" thread, and include RRoD, Disc scratching, overpriced proprietary accessories, failed accessories (HD-DVD), hefty online fees, lack of HDMI, Dashboard issues and general UI lameness, half-a&%ed BC, DVD drive that sounds like a 747 taking off, too many SKUs, etc.

Then we can pretend its all new again, and turn back the tables to 2007. Good times ahead!

Please don't.  But I wouldn't doubt there already is one out there somewhere...

The PS3 isn't failing.

Plus, some of those points are highly opinionated.

Ace Combat is still exclusive. And if you are right why the hell is SONY losing millions of dollars??? Why are they last??? Why is the PS3 doing so poorly??? You seem to think SONY did nothing wrong.

number 1 reason because your a twat ,sonys not failing anywhere and wat you should be asking is why microsoft only sold 29mil consols in 3 years selling a cheaper product.now thats a fail to me

ps3 will be a fail to sony if sony has to pull it off much sooner than its 10 year plan... with 3 years in us market and 2 in ww market is not much to jump right now to the end... sony is losing money... and user base... but if you think a little bit... xbox360 is ahead but not much even been much cheaper... dont think m$ is failing for that too... its just the limitation of its product... wii sell alot more... but wii owners are young people who in majority dont have $ independence and dont get all the games it wants as for ps3 owners the majority is much older and has $ independence as ps3 users have more games per console then wii owners ... that sooner or latter will make a difference ... most of wii owners would like to have a ps3 but daddy say not to a such expensive console... we have to see that ps3 its target to a smaller universe of possible users ... its not supposed to out sell wii or xbox360 in this early years... Just my opinion... ps3 is not failing for me... its great ... its what i expect and its delivering every thing i want... not many people want what i want and can get what i have but this is ps3 way... not to every one... its for who take the games serious... IMHO!
