You can actually buy some Square-Enix games for your PS3 right now!

- Disgaea 3 in PAL territories - well, if you live in America then just import the PAL version.

- Quantum Of Solace - japanese version. Import it.

- And of course ACC with FFXIII demo disc is coming out April 16. There is no excuse for not importing this treasure as it's not region locked.

Userbase has something to do with that.

Last Remnant has done great on Xbox 360, and SO4 is doing pretty well.  Square Enix haven't failed you in the slightest.  If you bought your PS3 in the last two years you knew where the games were going.  You failed yourself.

If you bought a PS3 at launch then you made an assumption that the games would come to your console, and assumptions in this industry are poison.

Probably not except you import ffxiii. why s-e? there are a whole bunch of other game companies. S_E is overrated. FF is all they have left

 That's what I've been saying for some time now. PS3 owners dont need SE games, they have Demon's Soul and other great games. I so want people to start ignoring SE already and just let them have their way .. but no, we still get these 20+ pages threads about SE's lacking PS3 support every few weeks.

I loved them during the ps1 era. They lost it in the ps2 era. And now, they're just horrible. It's nothing to do with the lack of games on ps3, it's the quality of games they've released this gen. The only good ones are remakes and rehashes. People still autamatically expect good games from them like I did before but it seems to me that they've lost almost all their talent and many can't see this.

At the start of this gen I was an SE fanboy, after the way they started to treat the ps3, I slowly became disillusion.
After removing the rose tinted glasses, I'm starting to dislike a few things about them, The Quality of Last Remnant (eventhough I still want it :D) was rather bad from what I've heard and is way below the usual standard I hold SE to...oh well being a shunned fanboy can be a bitch ^_^

 I think SE and their games are great. I just want all these whiny people to stop caring about them already.

For all those people saying that they are massive fans of SO and hate how it's not coming to the PS3 (as far as we know), have you ever considered jumping ship?

Seriously, you blame S-E and of course MS for games not coming to the PS3, when in fact you should be blaming Sony for focusing it's money on controlling what the next format is (Blu-ray) before focusing on it's gamers.

Surely a lot of the blame rests on sony's shoulders as well. Okay, you can blame MS for entering the market and giving people choice (you can blame the Wii for that as well), but 3 years on, it's about time Sony got their act together.

Last game I bought that was developed by S-E was kingdom hearts 2 and it was fantastic but I haven't bought any of their game this gen yet so I dunno if the quality of games that they release this gen became horrible.

Well there's Crystal Defenders which will show up on PSN eventually.

But if you want SE's console games you need either a Wii or a 360 (or both).
