cut scenes and movies are usually an integral factor in games.  I'm pretty sure the movies in this gae are going to be entertaining nonetheless

Yes, i agree. I quite enjoyed the presentation of the boss battles in No More Heroes before & after the boss fights. In most games i find it's a waste of time, but some games pull it off quite well.

Um, you can report anyone for anything.

For example I reported someone who eliminated Metroid in an elimination game and that person got warned and had to promise that he never does that again.

Yeah, I remember some jerk off reported me for posting NSFW Kim Possible pictures once.
