When is e3 and when is GDC?

 June 1-4.

And by the way, VGC will be there in full force

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

Yes, clearly losing Bungie, killing Ensemble, losing Bizarre/Bioware second party status, dropping the Flight Simulator Team, and killing FASA were all part of a master plan to make Microsoft's first party studios better than ever.

Microsoft Game Studios...the revolution is coming!

Microsoft has pretty much given up on having exclusive studios. I wouldn't be surprised one day if they let go of Rare. Right now they only have Rare and Turn 2 (Forza) under their wings. Everything left for MS is pretty much to money hat.

I can't say it hasn't worked out for them, buying timed exclusives has really hurt some other people, and being open has hurt Sony to (DMC4, Tekken and Virtua Fighter were all huge exclusives lost by Sony, and now pretty much everything is multiplatform with the exception of MGS and Sony's first party titles).

It's just that simple.
