Halo 3:ODST is sure. Maybe Resident Evil 5 and Star Ocean.
Other like Alan Wake and Mass Effect 2 I am going to buy for PC because PC versions will be obviously superior. It looks so far pretty bad year for X360(IMO). Hopefully MS will uncover more great games at E3.

It's gotten its release date pushed back a couple of times now (just happened again today ), but ESRB has just rated it and it should be out April 7 if there are no more delays!
