PS3 finally ends the 360's reign of terror over it at 25 weeks.

Considering that the 360 never once outsold the PS3 after its Nov. 07 price cut until it eventually issue one of its own, that's quite an accomplishment for PS3 to beat 360 despite being twice as expensive.

Congrats for being on top PS3, if only for one week.

PS3 KZ2 seem failed in US.

Don't worry, those 25 weeks will get a sequel. The Xbox 360 reign of terror 2!

Tease.

Theres a further problem perhaps. What if the PS3 sales have been up by 5-10k weeklyin anticipation for KZ2? That makes the hangover even more painful.

Same question as in the Japan thread...

2 hotly anticipated exclusives = 12k lead for PS3 over 360.

good or not?

discuss...

In PS3's defense, what about the 360?

2 hotly anticipated exclusives (Halo Wars/Star Ocean 4) + $200 price advantage = 12k trail behind PS3?

Halo Wars = hotly anticipated?!

Star Ocean was also last weeks news, hardware bumps don't last that long, even with Japan.

Which is sure to be lame than the first one. That's I hate sequels... :P

Well at least they are better than re-runs all the time. Cue Wii/Wii games.

Not surprised at the ps3's victory over the 360 this week, it was well timed by sony. However it changes nothing. The results are less then impressive and I highly doubt the ps3 will be able to maintain the lead next week.
