Lol, seriously, Gravity Gun could have been an entire game by itself.

LEFT4DEAD411.COM
Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release. (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )

Yeah, its based off of that, but not totally a gravity gun.
Atomic gun-Turok
Actually I like every weapon in Turok from the partical accelerator to the minigun and shotgun explosive shells.
Oooh.... this is gonna take a few minutes of reasearch...
Well, I have to start with the GoldenEye sniper rifle. It was the first (at least for me), and totally changed FPS. I'm sure there have been better versions since, but sentimental reasons keeps this as my fav. The silenced PPKs get a lot of love too, as they entrenched stealth in a genre that was once all mayhem.
The Particle Accelerator from the original Turok - froze/petrified an enemy then made him explode. This was my very first FPS, and my introduction to "over the top" weaponry.
Shrinker - Duke Nukem - shrink the bad guys, then step on 'em!
Farsight from Perfect Dark - even lets you look through walls!
Pheropod - Sure, there's tons of great uses for the Gravity Gun (especially with saw blads), but I just loved the idea of a puffball that causes giant alien bugs to consume my enemies.
After the gravity gun, which is/was/will be the coolest gun ever (knocking people upside the head with a toilet in HL2DM ftw), I'll give runner up honors to the redeemer from UT. First person guided nukes are fun.
The Demon Arm and Creeping Darkness were two really effin cool "weapons" in The Darkness.
I liked the Tek arrows in Turok. Nothing like a lowly boring arrow with an explosive bang when it hits.
