1.  True, though Resistance 2 and Motorstorm: Pacific Rift were both announced February last year and released in oct/nov.  So that's eight months.

2.  True, kind of, They did announced Halo: ODST at TGS 08, and it's not coming to September-ish so that's a year.  And Halo Wars was announced at X06 and it's just coming now.

The reality is that MS and Sony are in the same boat about announcing games too early.  Truly, only Nintendo announces games months before release.  It's a reality that MS fans need to face.

Anyway, Starcraft is in the thread people, bailout!

Didn't somebody educate you on the fact that its been announced for the PS3? Also, I understand that you're implying that its a timed exclusive for the 360. Why would they make it a timed exclusive when the last one failed so miserably after its debut on the PS3?

A Microsoft moneyhat?  Whatever is said, Take Two were originally reluctant to announce it for the PS3, which leaves a strong possibility of delayed launches.

Proof? The trailer debuted on the PS3 version.

And the Star Ocean 4 trailer debuted on God of War PSP...
