...do you think they´d finally be able to make an extremely good, 3D Sonic game that´s true to its 16-bit roots?
I know fun is subjective, but most people who played Sonic games since the original one on the Genesis will say no Sonic game since the Saturn (or 32X?) came close to the fun found in blue hedgehog´s first games.
The consensus is Nintendo was able to give their Mario franchise a smooth and revolutionary transition from 2D to 3D, while Sega wasn´t.
So, do you think if they bought the Sonic IP from Sega, they´d finally make that "Sonic 64" many have been waiting for so long? (and I´d think most have lost hope)
