Mine never RROD, but the DVD drive did die. Fable 2 killed it. I still use it to watch Netflix though.

I also have a launch Elite. Works good.

I have one in my kids' room (one RRoD)
and another in the living room (bought last August)
I sold my first Xbox 360 after two RRoDs

I still own a perfectly fine working 2006 Xbox 360 with no RRoD or anything like that.

The 360 has been good to me.

Have 2 actually. 1 got on launch day and one in Feb 2006. Both still working without issues.

I have one of the older models and it hasn't gone crazy on me at all. I customized it with a sweet Halo 3 face plate and skin.

My launch console is still working perfectly, it's my newer console who annoys me because of the dvd-drive resonating.
