Shares and download user generated content, download DLC songs, etc?

I supose not, but I would like to confirm it. For all I know, you only need Live Gold to play, right?

i believe so but dont quote me on it

Gold is only for actual multiplayer, though I'm not sure about the user-generated stuff.

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

"Ok, girl's trapped in the elevator, and the power's off.  I swear, if a zombie comes around the next corner..."

I don't think so.

Does anyone actually knows the answer for sure? :P

I can only thank you for that!

You don't need a Live Gold account for DLC. The only time Gold users get an advantage with respect to DLC is a very occasional timed advantage. (This tends to be a week long delay before Silver users can also download.)

Any DLC is downloadable by Silver accounts. Gold accounts are needed for online play and Netflix Streaming.

I had quite a bit of DLC for games on my system before I bothered to upgrade to Gold.

Thanks a lot, Auhin.

I'm deciding between the Wii and X360 version. On the one hand, the Wii version needs a Wiimote per player. On the other hand, it has free online (very good, actually, better than any Wii game IMHO) and the Mii mode similar to Wii Music.

Being certain of that was what was left.

Thank you :)

Id say if ur getting the Wii version, get Rock Band 2 instead. It doesn't require Wiimotes, all rock band 1 and GHWT instruments will work, and it has DLC that works just like GHWT where u save it on a SD. Plus, the Wii version is complete with everything the 360 and ps3 have including the world tour mode and such.

Above I'm a proud Gran Turismo fan, not a Sony fanboy, and now a proud 360 owner, but sharing xbox live accts ATM

End of 2009 Predictions (made Jan 1, 2009): My predictions were pretty accurate, the 360 was over and the Wii was just under.

Wii: 65 mil (yea I'm crazy) 360: 35 mil (its getting there) PS3: 30 mil (the slim better do well)

End of 2010 Predictions (made Jan 7, 2010):

Wii: 81 mil  360: 47 mil PS3: 45 mil
