"Today, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe announced a number of new details for the upcoming Gran Turismo 5 teaser. The game will hit the region in late 2007, will be downloadable via the PlayStation Store or purchased at retail on a Blu-ray Disc, and will feature a ton of on and offline modes and content. Read on for the official release and all the details." http://www.gaming-age.com/news/2007/8/28-48 Would've been nice, but no other Prologue editions were free so ... not surprising.

Was it supposed to be free originally?

It doesn't say anywhere in the actual press release about a charge for either the download or the disk...

Find the line that says charge.

How often do you go to a store and pick up free Blu-ray discs?

Just curious ...

Again, where does it say store?

Games have been given away for free before, Chu Chu Rocket is a case and point.
