i may not be huge on ff lately (tho revenant wings on ds was amazing) but damn im buying that

wii is building up games to buy now

madworld, ff 4 sequel, new wii fit, sports resort, tiger 10 . . .

gotta turn off 360 soon

Personally i perfer the 2D sprites on remakes.

Heck if anything whenever i see a game remade with new graphics i just think "What if that money was spent on expanding the gampley, new classes, new monsters and side storys?"

Guess it's always good to get more games, but SE is pushing their luck as of late. They are starting to become a company of game rehashing only.

Soriku is right in that it is new to English and new to the West. It's like if Nintendo decided to bring the GBA version of Earthbound 3 to America on Wiiware, which is something people are asking for.

So really, it is huge news and I'm sure SE will make a lot of money from it.

They should.  Heck the guys who translated the rom would probably give them the translation for near free and all Nintendo would have to do is put it on their server.

remember, this one it´s just a wiiware release, I mean, they are not goin to upgrade, arregement or do nothing better.

I just want leeps the same quality from FFIV.

My only issue is that Wii Ware is supposed to be for indy devs to have a place to put their ideas... FF is quite an established franchise, and whats worse is SE thinks Wii Ware consumer expect cell phone games on a home console... Content is content but if this is acrap cash in then it could hurt the next world of goo.

That's a bit of an extreme stance. I never saw wiiware as "just for indy developers," in fact one of the first games announced for the service was a FFCC game. Besides, how else are they going to give us this game? SE's cellphone endeavors have been abysmal outside of Japan.

All this talk about this game makes me want to play FF4 again. I think I will before it comes out.

I can't believe people are complaining about this! What's bad about getting to play a game that previously had no apparent chance of coming to English-speaking territories?  And a sequel to an amazing game besides?

Something tells me that if Before Crisis was coming out on PSN, it would be hailed as the Greatest Decision of All Times.
