Actually he only has two required parts. He has an optional third form if you get all the fell arms.

Nope, but I'd say that the ending sucked pretty badly.

Definetely enjoyed Lost Odyssey more.

No those endings mainly serve as development for the final boss like getting to truely know his feelings toward his chose of action and it really helped me understand him more and I was really surprised about what he intented to do with himself during the Judith ending.
