They had plans for two more games I thought but then canned that idea after it sold poorly to the cost.

I dont see how this game can be seen as selling poorly.
It sold 1.4 million copies
It still sells at retail for close to full price(54.99-49.99).
You can barely find that game anywhere.

The game deserves a sequel

ive been desperately trying to find the source... there was article that more or less said that due to the very high production costs the money from the 1.4 million copies turned out to be ...not that much after all

i know its there somewhere.. ill post it once i found it

Heavenly Sword was originally supposed to be a 3 part game...

but wasn't there a news a whiiiiiillle back saying they canned the idea of 2 sequels for the Heavenly Sword?? correct me if i'm wrong but that is what i read on some game magazine/website....i only go on ign/gamespot and read only gameinformer...so it's one of those site/magazine that wrote the article about canning the sequels...

unless they decided to revive the idea of making the sequel...i dont think there is going to be a sequel for Heavenly Sword
