honestly the single player is really just run and shoot or stand and defend.....also the ai is more stupid than smart. i also HATE! the controls,its not the button layout its more of the way you move the camera with the right stick.
im going to try online now and i will let you guys know.

Ouch, that sucks, considering this game is supposed to be an amazing FPS exclusive for you PS3 owners. I hope you get more accustomed to the controls. =\

At least ai isn't too much of a problem considering most of your playtime will be online, right?

From the Demo, controls didn't bother me, especially since I enjoy more strategic, slower paced games. For people more accustomed to fast paced shooters, its just something I suppose you need to get accustomed to. In the demo, I thought Alternate 2 control scheme was perfect for the game as well imo.

i went online and i hate it.....its all over the place and i dont understand what the developer was doing for all these years? it really has me upset right now.

the fact that the cover system isnt in the online mode at all?WTF!

why cant i map the zoom to L2 instead of having it on R3?

L2 is worthless online because all it does is crouch, you cant cover behind object like in single player. just picture you bought gears of war and played the single player for 3 hours then when you finally go online a major part of the game (cover system) is missing.

Im not trying to tell anyone to hate this game just that i dont like it.

wow, you did realize that the game wasn't plug-n-play? Games like this take time to master

i tried the demo and hated it, go get little big planet instead...

1. ok give it back.

2. you sure it wasnt you that was all over the place? cuz um its a squad base game and it gives you objectives to do...every 5min....not run and shoot as much as you can(unless they tell you to do so)

3. why would you want cover system the online? the explained why they didnt want it in multiplayer cuz you not suppose to stop and cover the whole game... your suppose to be moving doin the objectives(COD STYLE)

4. you can map the zoom any where(i can officially tell you havent played the game thru)

5. what??? y you comparing Gears to kz2.....You can TELL you need cover in gears cuz its slower...etc...

6. play the game again...

i have it on right now so tell me where to map the zoom to L2 because from what im looking at on my tv you cant!

also why would anyone congratulate removing actual game play? i can tell you from PLAYING IT that the cover system would come in handy 90% of the time. also i played warzone and won a few games but even with objectives you still would like to take cover when theres over 15 guys running right at you. its what the story mode gets you used to.

i guess im a ass for wanting to have the full featured game play in my online experience.

geez check controller options. Zoom on R3 is what I'm using, anyway.
