Why not ? Gears 2 made 2.1 millions the first day and according to the PS3 community, KZ2 is vastly superior so ??

in any case: I've just begun playing Valkyria Chronicles, and that game probably outdoes every RPG i've played recently, but its sales are rather abysmal, even though its quality outranks pretty much every other recent rpg.

Whether or not Killzone2 is better "according to the PS3 community", is basically irrelevant (unfortunately, because otherwise VC would've gotten the sales it deserves ^^)

I don't think think it is irrelevant for Guerilla and Sony .

BTW, I almost bought a PS3 today but again the price convinced me not to... again...

I told ya PAP, go buy KZ2 now lol ;)

BTW, I had to do 4 stores today to find a copy (and I was there pretty early, around 11am). The game was sold out at the first three stores and in the last one too, hopefully, the guy in the last store sold me his copy!

It's the first time that it happens to me, I was pretty amazed!.

MSG4 did 1.7 mill wordwide first week, take away japan and its 1.3 mill, id think anything close or over 1.3 mill is a complete success for KZ2 :)
