Has anyone done this. I've started a couple times and never finished. I estimate someone who is good at the game would be able to complete it in less than 5 hours.

Did you check out the speed runs at Speed Demos Archive?

The most useful trick is to get the Space Jump boots right when you hit Tallon IV. You can skip lots of segments after that.

Oh, and check out Metroid2002 if you want to learn a few nice tricks!

Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...
