Some more quick question: how long had you been playing when you made that video and was that your first run through those levels?

When I first saw this game I was actually worried it was going to make me a little nauseous but now everything just looks really smooth and nice.

-edit-
Also, how hard is it?  I noticed in the video there were a few times you got down to three bubbles of health but it looked like most of the time your health was full.

Ahhhh motion sickness @.@

Great video Onna, this game was already in my 'must buy' list, but is good to see some new stuff. The game looks amazing... but why did Konami release it the same day as Halo 3? lol

I'm really agonizing over if I'm going to buy Dewy for $60 (Cdn) or Mercury Meltdown for $25 which comes out a week prior.

Both excellent puzzle games.

Dewy looks to be the fuller, more fun game to get, but... MM is $25 with enough levels (over 150) to keep me busy for a looong time. Still if Dewy gets great reviews I might opt for it.

Dewy is an old fashion Platform / Adventure game with puzzle elements.

I hope it will get good reviews, or else I'll look like a complete idiot *lol*.

Oh I know it's a platformer, but I'm more interested in the 'glide the blob around without falling off while figuring out the puzzle' element of the game, similar to Mercury Meltdown.  Platformers aren't my cup of tea usually, but in Dewy's case, it certainly could make it more fun.

@Gamerace, in that case you're good ;)

@Twestern, gosh, about 11 hours or so, every part I've grabbed have been played before at least once, later worlds only once, as I was looking for elements to put in the video to make it interesting, like Dewy sliding off the line, floating through the air, etc. You'll get life parts in the game, collecting four of them and you'll get another drop as life power.

I consider the game as medium, not hard, and not easy. Er yes, that's because I dropped several times or got attacked while I was half way the act :D It cost half a drop. Some parts are taken from the beginning of the act. Also you'll get drops to heal Dewy's life, like the little hearts in Zelda for instance, when you defeat enemies.

Thanks again for the compliments guys ;) Really appreciate it!

 Well, IGN thinks highly of it in it's hand-on previews, and to quote them, "our too-short hands-on session with a single-level demo of Dewy's Adventure left us wanting to play more." I hope this will be a sleeper hit, Wii needs original titles.
