Albedo in Xenosaga, hell not even Kefka comes even near him.

The most creepy one ever is Seymour in FFX ( his voice...damn his voice..)

Just saw some videos of Giygas at youtube.He is nothing compared to Albedo and Zagi, he is just scary.
