Perhaps it is just me but I've noticed a trend of 360 fanboys becoming more vocal and annoying on this site and it's getting disgusting. It will come as no surprise to anyone that I'm a fan of my PS3 and that I enjoy it more then my other consoles but at the same time, I love my 360, wii, PSP and DS. I love gaming. As such, I notice not only when people attack the PS3 but all consoles, but I will admit to noticing moreso when the ps3 and it's titles are attacked but I really think that its no longer the case. Going into threads about Halo Wars, while not free of trolling and fanboy comments, is nowhere near as bad as going into threads of Killzone 2.

Dude - folks have screamed 'Teh DEMO is awesome' but when someone rooted in reality says it's meh, they get attacked. How can you say - in the same breath - that the demo is awesome, and if you don't like it, you need trifocals.

The 360 has a very, very rich library of shooters. The exclusive shooters on the 360 own the PS3 exclusives by a Kentucky mile.

Provide instances where you see 360 fanboys ripping folks who sell their 360. Show me an instance where a 360 fanboy threatens bodily harm to someone who doesn't agree with them. Show me an instance where folks create 6-7 threads about said game and hype it into a coma. Show me an instance where 360 fanboys are just downright rabid.

Here's the deal - the PS3 isn't the PS2, and sales prove that. It will never duplicate its success - ever. It's not doing good in sales and maybe - maybe so folks who bought one aren't very happy. They see the 360 getting exclusives, timed exclusives and extra content and PS3 bots get even more pissed - like 'Hay, we were supposed to get that.'

I'd recommend just enjoying your console, ignore what you consider 360 bots and enjoy gaming. Or frequent a site - not a sales site - that has a favorable, though unrealistic - view on your console of choice.

You can't make folks buy a PS3 if they don't see value in it. Yes, it's not far you spent at least $400 for your console and have a few console exclusive games to call yours. That's life, pal.

I've noticed attacks on the PS3, and it's games getting very outrageous lately. IT really seems to me that 360 fans grasp at straws in feable attempts to put down the system and it's exclusives. For instance, things like a split second delay in response time on the demo of K2 has been blown out of proportion and sold by 360 fans as not only a reason to downplay the game but to claim that it is broken. Not only this but even the framerate of the game has been attacked as being horrendous. What's funny is that Gears of War 2 went below 24 FPS and could suffer screen tearing but I never saw PS3 fans attacking the game or making this big of a deal out of it. It's like 360 fans are fighting to make every inch they can stretch to a mile.

Do you realize how long it will take Sony to mount a comeback from being buried 8M down? 360 fanboys have more things to do than bash the PS3. Shoot, they are sitting on HD high limb, lobbing rocks downward. They are getting great content - Lost and teh Damned? It's sick and I'm glad I got it - it's definitely worth $20. Blame Sony, not gamers.

You will always have rabid fanboys attacking both systems and I'm not claiming that the PS3 is the only console being attacked, not by a long shot. That would be ignorant of me. But I find it funny that PS3 fans on this site have been labled as the loudest, most obnoxious fanboys when the 360 fans have been acting just as bad lately. This was the reason why DmeisterJ left the site supposedly, and while I don't think that was the appropriate response, I can certainly see where he is coming from.

Dude, not just this site - but all over. Folks are hella pissed after forking over $600 for a console that movement has been uber slow to get exclusive folks will fork over money to buy. All MS has to do is flash these numbers - 8M, 8:1, 133T and devs, publishers listen. MS has played their cards right this gen. No one wanted to give them credit. Despite the disk scratching, RROD and the like, MS has stood strong, and wiped out the PS3 big mo in 2008 with a measly pricecut.

The biggest thing is - Sony bots aren't used to being behind. They were on top for the previous two gens - knocked Sega into being a software maker and made Ninny pause and even thumped MS. But this time, Ninny is waxing their booty, MS is lol at the exclusives and exclusive content and willing to pay the right folks to win. It's called business, baby.

Personally, while PS3 fans hype games loudly it seems like the 360 fans would much rather attack then actually love gaming. Which is worse? Hyping games that you love? Or attacking other peoples games? Which one is truely immature?

Man, show me instances of attacks. The vast majority of folks that enjoy their 360 have no reason to attack PS3 bots. Seriously - the Halo Wars threads - the impression thread vs. the KZ2 threads.

In the HW threads, folks said they didn't like it. We just asked a few questions and left it alone. Most of the posters said it wasn't what they expected and overall, they liked it and may buy it. Yeah, there's a negative response or two, but that's it. In the KZ2 thread, folks are like 'Either you're with us or against us.' It's like if you don't have the drone mentality, you are flamed like a weiney. You can't have an opinion that goes against the tide. And yeah, you want threads - PS3 threads where if you disagree, you are flamed? Ask nicely and I'll post here.

The biggest thing, to me, is gaming. You own a 360 - and no one is condemning you for not liking it much. If it's the other way around, if you own a PS3 and don't think it's the Second Coming, you are ridiculed and blasted.
