Leisure Suit Larry: Box Office Bust Coming In April

Adult-themed adventure game Leisure Suit Larry: Box Office Bust hasn't been cancelled after all. Codemasters is now publishing the title and has revealed that the game will be released in April.

Box Office Bust stars Larry Lovage, nephew of the main character of the early Leisure Suit Larry games. For this installment of the series, he's working for his uncle at a movie studio. While wandering the studio lot, he'll do random odd jobs and try to bed the occasional dame (as is the series' tradition) while trying to find a spy from a rival studio. Shannon Elizabeth and Carmen Electra will be lending their voices to the game. It's apparently not enough that a video game character look attractive or have a hot voice - the person voicing them also has to be hot, too.

Bust will be released on the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. It's being developed by Team 17 of Worms fame. The game was previously set to be published by Sierra Entertainment but was dropped when parent company Vivendi Games merged with Activision to form Activision Blizzard last summer.
