Calling HL2 "good" was probably understating its case. But I still stand by the fact that HL1 brought far more innovation to the genre. Much of HL2 was just the original with evolutionary steps. Not that that's bad but when HL1 came out, there was nothing else like it.

in my not very humble opinion I think Half Life 1> Half Life 2 but they both deserve to be on the top 10 list...Half Life 1 just had the A.I and it was the origin of the series...lol

God of war 2 is an amazing game. It deserves to be in the top 15 in my opinion.

Its nothing like any shooter ive played, plasmids=the shit (just amazed at them nothing like watching someone on fire run in circles or having bees swarm your opponents and watching them running around in circle screaming GET THEM OFF ME)
halo 3 will get 11/10 and just own the list all right =P
Unless its really that good it wont because its not anything really new just really improved from 2 but hey i havent played and it still looks to be a very good game and possible top 10 game ever just not perfect scores (who knows ehh)
With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B

all a mater of opinion, i had some of the most fun ive ever had playing legendary co op
and i agree that it shouldnt beat titles like mario and zelda (man those just plain out rocked my world, halo almost got to that point) But it def deserves to be top omong its genre

i also played on legendary difficulty co-op wiv my bro and it was gd bt nuffin ground breaking... but different strokes i s'pose, i respect ur opinion... even if it is wrong...(I KID I KID lol)
