Ok so I'm getting ready to buy the 120 GB HD for my 360.  My question is how do I transfre my game saves to it or is that even possible?  I know I can redownload everything from the marketplace by looking in my history but what about game saves?  The only way I know how to do it is to take a memory card save the game saves to that and then copy to the new hard drive but is there any easier way?

The included transfer cable will do the trick. Follow the included instructions in the package. If you don't have the official package then call 1 800 4 MY-XBOX and tell them to send you a transfer cable.

Correct.  If aftermarket, ie Ebay or Amazon or reburbished then call MS.
