I had to beat Toefactor to this afterall. So looking at reviews and responses from other users, what are games that you enjoy that get a lot of flak?
1. Legend of Spyro series- The lasting appeal from the first three are gone I'll admit, but I enjoy the emphasis on combat and the new focus on the story. (Not an original story, but it makes up for that with visuals and atmosphere.)
2. Crash of the Titans- I had a blast playing the game, I also enjoyed the ability to jack large enemies to fight hordes of other enemies. The game's presentation was exceptionally funny too.
3. Nights: Journey of Dreams- Maybe since I never played the original, it was something enjoyable for me.
4. Castlevania (N64)- Really entertaining and atmospheric game that combines Super Mario 64 and Legend of Zelda into an interesting platformer-adventure game.
5. Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts- Some Rare fanboys are just too nostalgic.
Another:
6. Sonic the Hedgehog (2006)- I can fully understand the hate for this game, but I actually had a fun time playing aside from the load times.
Feel free to blugeon my list with the fury of a million knives. Just don't forget your own, because we're all guilty of having games that we like that everyone hates.
