Beautiful and repetitive. I switched the motion controls to analog almost instantly. The story was decent enough, and the production values were top notch. The game itself had no lasting effect on me, though. If a sequel were announced (somehow), I wouldn't exactly be excited.

Why put hundreds of enemies on one screen when you`re too lazy too fix the drop in framrate?

What drop in framerates?

I wanned to add that it would have been sweet if the section in which you hack at the hoardes as a "godess" would have been longer.... much much longer. I know the enemy soldiers dropped like flyes, yet in the short time you have at your desposal you can't experiment with all the newly aquired powers on the pore bastards. Pitty.

That's a good game! The story is pretty original, but yeah not amazing (it's just a beat em all after all!). I really want a sequel!

First battle you can control your character. Which is repeated later in the game.

the game was awesome until I got to the final boss where the difficulty level jumps up significantly. I hated the game due to the last boss. It seems as if they were rushed to release the game and not add extra content to give the game longetivity.

Overall, I'd give it a 8/10. Graphics, sound, gameplay and acting was brilliant.

Were you a master marksman as a result? If yes then there's the perfect reason why not do it.

The bridge escape bit, where Kay had to defend the old man from the comming enemyes was epic, It was extremely tense and the win highly rewarding. The catapult destruction stages were also, oh and pretty much all the Kay levels were excelent, except above the arena bit, where I could not fire a flaming arow into the barels, yet headshots with the sixaxis = satisfaction :P.

I was.  The analogs were so precise that I'd hit a guy directly in the eyeball from 1,000 yards.  In retrospect, maybe it did take away from Kai's excellent stages.  I just didn't like the way the "aftertouch" felt, using the motion controls.

One of the best games I have played this generation. Combat is probably weaker than GOW, DMC and certainly NG, but it does feel unique with different blocking and counter options.
Where this game shines are graphics, animation, charcters, voice acting, story and setting. Flying Fox and Bohan were excellent. A longer game with replay value such as trophies or difficulty changes ( NG Sigma enemies are completely different on hard mode with extra bosses) would have made this a masterpiece in my eyes.
