OT: The only good thing here is that now more people will buy the game... famitsu are dorks. While I believe this game si awesome, where is the Dengeki Playstation score?

Do you need to play the others for this? continuing story etc. I always fancied the 1s two but had moved my attention on to other consoles when they came out.

are you sure you're not underestimating it a little? Yakuza Kenzan sold 300k so far, and it's just a spin-off... so I think 500'000 are quite realistic.

 

/e: Oh, and to all of those who say it's better than Shenmue... no. Shenmue is legend! :D
