Forums - Gaming - Where would you rather see the Final Fantasy series? PSN or WiiWare?

I would like to see the classic games of the storied franchise on PSN.

Here are my reasons why:

1) PSN would have more classic psone and ps2 games

2) I think its best to port the classic franchise on the playstation series, that made the storied franchise popular.

 

Not to say the first seven titles on the Nintendo weren't popular. In fact, they are legendary.

Its just my opinion. I know the ps3 is not the most popular console in the playstation series but I think it would only be right to put the games on Pstore. I think the first final fantasy game on the playstation to the last one on the ps2 should all be in the playstation store.

Wiiware cause I dont have a Playstation 3 and it should of been on the Nintendo consoles until Sony stole it from Nintendo.

@kitchensink, yeah sorry thats what I mean. There were seven on the Nintendo. Btw, sony didn't steal it from nintendo, square enix made that decision.

I doubt it could appear on WiiWare, considering that FFVII took three disks. That's over 1.5GB of data!

 Resident Evil 2 was a two-disc game, and they compressed it with minimal quailty loss onto a 64mb N64 cart.  That was 10 years ago.

How about both? Classical as in from 1-6 could go to both PSN and WiiWare and the rest....i don't think that they'll ever hit any online download store for any console.

Although i do admit that it would have been nice for something like that to happen.

Honestly, in light of how much I'm enjoying Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection, I think Nintendo should release a similar game on *all systems*..likelyhood? Slim to none..but a 'best of SNES' game would be orgasmic.
