I presume you are talking about the US channel.... the PAL channels had the SSBB tutorials (1 through 9 I think) months ago.

The tutorials are reoccuring things, they have been there for a while, I guess that Nintendo just keeps using them as filler.

Not for the US. This is the first tutorial video for Smash under the video section of the game, unless, they only made one for the US and never made anymore which would bring a really interesitng topic to discuss.

Somewhat off-topic, but Nintendo had that Mario & Sonic at the Winter Olympics video up there fast.

I've kinda wondered how effective these videos actually are. Either way I guess it's mostly free advertising for Nintendo themselves, though I wonder how much third-parties have to pay to get put on there.
