Oh, and Leo-j, this is for you:

A reviewer said it was 6-7 hours of gameplay. |
Damn, beat me to it. I fully believe that the game was originally planned to be in the 15 hour range is perfectly acceptable but I also fully believe that during development things were cut, enemies were reduced for optimization, and things were made easier to make the game fun effectively cutting it down to 6-7 hours.
Hey, look on the bright side, if this were a PSP game you could almost play it on a single charge (I probably shouldn't have gone there, this thread is already bad enough).

Really? Any reasons or just a gut feeling. |
if you have a PS3, download the demo, or check out my folklore thread. For the lazy ones, its an action RPG that has a really fun gameplay style where you capture creatures with curtain powers, sometimes the powers of one creature is the only way to defeat a mini-boss. The mini-bosses powers are very useful too. Yes you capture the bosses and mini bosses. When the enemies are about dead their spirits come out in red and are able to capture them or just smack them a few more times and they die. To capture the spirits you have to hold R1 and then shake the controller. Bosses are similar but when they are defeated you have to fight their sprits out shaking the controller when the spirit turns to red at curtain times. The spirit turns green to red then back really quick so you have to be quick with your shakes, with the main boss in the demo it takes about 8 times to rip it's spirit out of it.
Truly like I said in my thread; if IGN rates it under an 8.5 I will be shocked.

I played the demo at my friend's place and I had fun with the demo for sure but I don't think it will be that big for the ps3. The shaking of the controller turned me off a little to be frank. I think some the motion control commands for Uncharted look more fun and more in place (hard to describe). Obviously the production values are better. I really hated the voice actors in Folklore. But who knows; maybe Uncharted will play like shit and Folklore will be superior. Sorry for going off-topic.

I still might buy, summer drought of '08. Not because of the scores though, I really liked the demo (I played it over and over) but I am happy with the 10 4 minute demo (free); is it really worth $60.
My PS3-'07 must buy list keeps getting shorter and shorter: Haze.
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
So how many AAA titles are left for the PS3 this year?

1 and thats all it needs because that title is Uncharted: Drake's fortune. :)
What about UT3 and Haze? I think those are AAA titles.

UT3 is going to sell pretty big on PC but it's not going to do great on consoles (not bad but not great).
It isn't a AAA title a title that gets over a 9 though. I think it will be AAA title.
