SONY doesn't think they are in a bad situation so why discuss. Hey apparently its going according to their plan. Their sales predictions are getting met so looks like they don't care anymore. So why should we.

Thats pretty amazing that the 360 has already sold nearly 400k more units then the PS3 in just over a month.
If you look back at last year the two console were only 100k apart from July to pre-price drop on 13th sept. So MS have taken basicaly a week to do what Sony took almost 3 months to do. That puts it into perspective for you.

The other thing is Sony has started to decline by so much that a price cut is needed just to re-catch that 30%-40% extra they were selling last year, let alone over take it.

poor sony. from first to last and all the fanboys keep saying is wait for x game to come out and watch it sell like hotcakes or wait till the price drops and it will sell like hotcakes. dilusional isnt too bad considereing for years nintendo fans had to endure the "your system is last and it sucks". now since the tables has turned sony fanboys are still thinking well if they do this they will win again. but reality is the ps3 is this generations gamecube. if you dont believe me just look at teh sales. btw teh gamecube sold decent and had good games. just like the ps3. now think about this per every console maker their third and 4th gen systems are usually horrible and sale not so good. so sony's worse console the ps4 is still yet to come. will sony survive the ps3 being last? will the ps4 go the same rout or worse? market says yes to both of these. but the thing is will sony keep the playstation around after the ps4. usually a console brand dies between 3rd and 4th gen machines. especially if they take huge loses. atari and sega both went out during this time. nintendo was able to overcome it by making a console (gamecube) that was very profitable even though it was last and not selling well last gen.

Actually ban bets were banned after they got out of hand like half a year ago.

I'd go with Avatar for a couple weeks instead if i were you.

Why was'nt this said when Microsoft and Nintendo were on the bottom last generation?

Sony will bounce back if they play their cards right...they will most likely be last this generation just like gamecube was last generation...

But look at this...Microsoft has been second 2 times...that is not bad or good sooooo where would they place next generation same place Im guessin...

Sony is fine.
PS3 is fine.
Nothing is going no where.

Microsoft and Nintendo were in financially safe/stable situations. Sony on the other hand is in financial trouble.
