Forums - Microsoft - The Lost and Damned reviews go live

The only one of those reviews I can respect is
“Downloadable content isn’t something that we review right now…”

I am tired of GTA dlc being treated as something 3 steps above any other dlc ever released

It is larger than every other piece of DLC, it is as large as M$ allow it to be, so maybe it is a step above all other DLC?

Most DLC is simply a lazy attempt to con gamers out of more money, some stuff is good, but I think there has been little which is this big, maybe the Oblivion expansions? (I have never played them myself)

I disagree that size is what qualifies whether something gets a review or not, and I also disagree with your belief that lost and the damend is anything other than "a lazy attempt to con gamers out of more money"

Now Mario Kart: Wii has awesome DLC, as does Left for Dead I believe

Size is an indicator that it is not just a lazy attempt get money, they would have just added 1 or 2 new multiplayer modes, or just a few extra guns. They have added a 10 hour campaign! That is longer than many games these days, and it has also added extra multiplayer modes as well as more vehicles and weapons
