I'm pretty sure Kirby has the most bans too, he's always banned! I'm actually surprised that he isn't today.
Also, there's absolutely no contest in the longest thread category. The Super Smash Bros. thread is at almost 20,000 replies and before that there was a 10,000+ replies thread that got closed.
