As far as I knew, however, Capcom intended DR to be a X360-only affair, like LP. Sales were good enough to warrant it to be exclusive, hopefully.

But either way, one of the best platinum buys out there. I completed the 72hr quest, the overtime quest, and 5 days in Survival mode.

Dead rising is a 360 exclusive and capcom stated that it and lost planet would stay that way. They also stated that any sequels would be exclusive as well. Finally, both of these games, especially DR, sold well (comparatively) in Japan, so its unlikely MS would give them up without a fight.

Well its kind of hard to believe Capcom after the DMC "exclusive to PS3 --> we want everyone to enjoy our games" change of heart. Anyways...

Some stuff on my sequel wishlist

1- No more Otis as previously mentioned.

2- Better AI for the survivors, especially pathfinding.

3- More save slots, instead of just ONE per memory device. That really sucks. 

4-A cutscene viewer would be nice. All games should have this actually. 

5- More time to just mess around. Seems like your always hustlin. Maybe put a bigger break between a few cases. 

Dead Rising is a lot of fun... Its on my list of priority games to play... Spent a bit of time and really enjoyed it.

Ok I finally finished this game. Im happy that once you unlock Infinite mode you can kill Otis on the rooftop! How gratifying.

Also, Ive read that if you survive 7 days in the mall in Infinite mode you get the "7 Day Survivor" achievement.  This would require you to keep your Xbox on for 14 hours straight in real time.

I dont think I'll ever be going for that achievement.

I do wonder how many RROD's were caused by people trying though, thats crazy.  

I got to about 6.5 days before I died on Survival. Man, it sucked.

I'm gonna re-try sometime.

It's easy to do, actually. You just NEED a kitchen timer by your X360. Time it in 12-15 minute intervals (the time it takes to have your health drained from max to like 3 bars). Go back, heal (using the 3 health books + food), then repeat.

It's rather rewarding: at day 5, you get the best weapon in the game. :)
