Games-- very wide selection and multiplatform games seem to be better or equal to the PS3 more often than not.
Achievements-- compared to trophies, achievements are great.

Worst

Noise-- it's like a jet engine

LOL. They're the same thing smartypants.

Depends on the type of person you. If you don't care about trophies or achievements, they are exactly the same thing. to someone like me that does care, they're very different.

To me, when I look at someone's achievements versus someone's trophies, I can tell a whole lot more from someone's gamerscore than I can with someone's trophies.

agree with Tyrannical.

I guess for me so far the biggest + is the XBLA titles
and the worst is this problem I have (is it just my console?) where half the time I can't get audio on my netflix/DL Vids and some DVDs wont play or have audio.
