Forums - Nintendo - Dead Space for WII: ¿first video or not so much?

After watch the official trailer I consider this theme still alive, because most people now can compare this video with the actual gameplay and decide whats better: best gameplay with good graphics or incredible graphics with bad gameplay...

Lord of the nigth knight, remember the situation for Star wars the force unleashed and alone in the dark, all versions of both games were the same, but the wii version was almost exactly the same than PS2 game, ¿was the dedication adecuated to WII? ¿Wii version take on some special work? With a little more work could looks a lot better than PS2, but ther no was enough development. And as I said, all versions had the same artwork, but dedication levels were the same too, 360 and PS3 version were identical clones.

Force Unleashed = Game on stronger system it's made for.

Dead Rising and (what we thought would be ) Dead Space = Games made for stronger system put on weaker system.

Not a valid comparison.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs

LORD OF THE NIGHT KNIGHT,

Dead Rising for Wii it´s so good like RE4? not, at least not in the technicla aspects, I´m not soliciting a game identical to the 360 version, if i would want graphics just use my PC, but I either want a PS2 clon just because nobody wants to make an effort to make usage of the real systerm capacity.

Lost Planet on 360= great
Lost planet on PS3= just a potato.

Similar power but a very diferent development...

Force unleashed for PS2 = very nice
Force unleashed for WII = could be a lot better, but excelent gameplay (in my opinion)

Alone in the dark 5 on 360= excelent grapchics, gameplay very poor and unplayable (especialy on first person view).
Alone in the dark 5 on WII= PS2 graphics, but superior gameplay thanks to wiimote (especially on First person view).
