This is very good news indeed. It says they are planning to launch "a host of significant PlayStation IPs on the PSP platform". My guess is Gran Turismo PSP will finally release and PSP versions of LBP & Motorstorm will be revealed. And perhaps even Resident Evil & DMC.

Well, although they haven't been oficially anounced yet, through numerous leaks we know that Motorstorm, LBP, and Jak and Daxter are all coming.

Not so sure about Gran Turismo, who knows what's going on with that one.

Smart move to do so.

They need more PSP software sales, since those usually sell quite well, and if they can increase the hardware sales too, they can perhaps offset the decreasing PS2 numbers, making it a worthy PS3-loss balancing act.
