The fact that you need to lower MC's capabilities in order to make this a fair fight is proof enough.

No if Master Chief grew up here on earth in the MGS universe he wouldn't be able to throw tanks and jump 298378273 feet in the air. He wouldn't be able to do all this.

Also if he can throw tanks, why does he get killed by a small warthog running him over? Why cant he run faster then it? etc etc. This are things that just don't match up :P

In the books, this would never happen and he WOULD outrun it (actually I do not know the top speed of a warthog, so maybe not), as well as in the campaign he does not get run over by a warthog.. but for online multiplayer's sake, they have to make a few exceptions so it is fair.  Otherwise we'd have a battle of 16 invincible soldiers which would not be very fun.

Where'd you read that? I have a Wizards comic magazine and they did a Goku vs Superman and they said Goku won. But im guessing yours is from a different source.

It has to suck playing through a game with a super soldier and never dying.
