I was with T-Mobile from when they were Voicestream back in 1999..

I switched to Verizon about 5 months ago for my Wife sake, so she can call her Family for Free... (yay) NOT..

My First bill was $1,150.... I was on the phone with them for hours..

Apparently when the guy at the Verizon booth that said I could use all my features for 30 days to try them out and never get charged even if I stay or leave Verizon was talking out his ass to make a sale..

The only thing I used was the internet..... $1.99 per mb... Take a guess how big a web page is these days...

Needless to say after boosting my package to the unlimited package they refunded most of my money...

And for 3 months after that I was getting bills no lower then $200.00, and again fighting with them on the phone that they were wrong, charging me for stuff that was canceled in the first month....

I wish I never left T-Mobile and my family plan of $84.00 a month every month for over 5 years.

This video just shows the stupidity of Verizon, I hate them with a passion, Can you hear me now Verizon? I HATE YOU.

 Last Month my Son lost his phone in Gameworks. The f'ed up part is I canceled the Chaperon service the night before. (It's a service that keeps track of your child threw the phone threw GPS)

Well I called up to try and find my Sons phone hoping they could just flip it back on..

"Nope sorry it's been turned off"

Ok, I figured...

so I get the bill and low & behold I got charged this month for it..

I called Verizon back and said whats the deal?

"O it says here you requested it to be canceled but it was never finalized on our end"

So that means you could have told me were my Sons phone was?

"well you switched to a new phone now so we can't"

WELL ISN'T THAT FUCKIN BRILLIANT!!!

I just want to leave this peace of crap of a company... but you have me by my balls for another year and a half.

screw it, just pay the 200 dollar termination fee, unlock the phone, then go month-by-month using a different company.

O Man I would trust me but...

Family Plan: $200 + 4 Phones/Lines = $800

I think it is just the morons you are dealing with around you since the Verizon people I deal with arent that stupid.

Also why they hell arent you using at least their premium plan for a phone with a GPS and internet?? Its $80 a month for 450 minutes and unlimited everything else. I think 1400 minutes is like $130?

Edit: My plan is their premium plan with no extra lines, to add a line and more minutes it would be another $20 for double the minutes with another $40 for another cell phone.

i know this is too little, too late, but you could have just gotten Boost mobile phones that are like 50 bucks a month for unlimited texting/talking

that or just buy unlocked phones and go month-to-month on whatever you want

(I'm a cellphone pimp so I know a lot of the shortcuts)

Well, I've been with verizon for about 13yrs now and have NEVER had an issue with my billing. Gone through analog, digital, and every flavor of various digital options. In and out of phones that required data plans. etc. No issues and always great service.

However, if your story is not missing any details, that shit if f'ed up.
