A friend of mine wants a Wii game that is focused on a deep story, he said something like hl2, longest journey or dreamfall.

So any suggestions? He owns Zelda, Animal Crossing, Wii Play, Mario Kart, and Mario Galaxy

Okami. That's got a nice story. Nothing incredibly deep, but far better than 99% of all Wii titles. Also, Prime 3. And maybe some Reisdent Evil 4. Otherwise maybe some RPG, though I don't own any for Wii. But since he seems to like Mario, maybe he should try Paper Mario Thousand Year Door. Yeah it's a GC title, but he can play it on Wii.

I dont know those 3 games, but I can recommend

Fire Emblem as long as he doesn't mind hard games
Metroid Prime 3 has a decent story

Okami is honestly the only Wii game I can think of that even has a half decent story.Then again, there's only three games this gen I would consider to have a have a "powerrful narrative" (by game standards), and those are MGS4, Mass Effect and Bioshock.
