I'd call it punk rock. And they pretty much started the punk rock movement that you hear today. I don't think there would be a Paramore, Forever the Sickest Kids, Set Your Goals, New Found Glory, All Time Low if it wasn't for Blink 182's huge success in the 90's.

And I'd call it below average pop punk.

Out of every band you mentioned the only good one is Paramore - and only because they have the cutest singer ever.

Well the ramones invented punk rock,but blink is like the best pop punk band even though they influence emo garbage bands there are still cool.

People just never learn that people can like what they want and it shouldn't affect their personal tastes. Of course it's alwasy a competition with people and when they understand they don't have the upper hand, such as popularity of what they like, they always got to bring everyone else down. It's actually quite disturbing if you ask me.
