Forums - Nintendo - Tenchu Shadow Assasins -I played it

Well the game has tons of possibilitiy. I'll start with that. Graphics are pretty good and the kills are pretty interesting to watch. Sneaking around is pretty cool.

I hate the fixed camera angle and the awkwardness of controling the ninjas. I haven't completed the game because it is a rental. I'm really frustrated over all the quick time wii waggling and how fast it flashes by-mainly because my wiimote doesn't seem to always pick up my first wii thrust.

Anyone else play it? What do you think?

So, did you like it? I think I might have to exchange Deadly Creatures for this game.

Add me for Pokemon, New Leaf, and Fire Emblem, Mario Kart 8.

It's super frickin hard meaning you will get caught a lot. Graphics are pretty good. The fixed camera angle gets annoying and the controls feel somewhat sluggish. The first mission was great (probably created for demos etc) and then the second mission is  difficult (I was playing it on normal).  The ninja stars, fishing pole, and other ninja items are put to good use I think, except it takes time to use them and then exit and hide again. If you get caught and have a sword you can sword fight...I found this nearly impossible on normal, on easy I could actually win. <the idea is not to be spotted.

If they had a controllable camera I think it would be better. I was getting pissed off though. When you have to move a box a little, roll back into shadows, move it some more, etc.

Rent it first and see if you like it. It's got decent ratings on meta critic as well.

Oh and yes there are quick time events. Basically depending on how you sneak up on an enemy and press A you then have to follow the wii motions. Some of them, like dropping from above rafters, are fucking sweet.

Did you play with Ninja Cat?
