You can't find a new one for 250 unless you live somewhere where there is no sales tax. Here sales tax makes a new one $271 or so. If it is in good condition then you are fine. Did you get any extras whatsoever or is that just the console?

Call all your local wal marts, ebgames/gamestops, targets, circuit citys, sams clubs, costcos, and best buy stores.
