Meh. I don't pay for most games anyhow. Prolly not. Last game I bought with my own $$$ at full price was GTA IV. Before that? Madden 07 HOF edition - and they charged me the regular rate for that.

Probably. I paid $120.99 for Phantasy Star 2 back in the day. Before taxes. Game prices used to be insane in Canada.

doubt it....$50 is already too expensive...i would just stick with my NES games if it ever happened

even buying them online isn't the saviour it once was when the oz$ was close to parity with the us$, large savings where to be had, but the oz$ as fallen 33% in the last 3 months or so off the back of fallen commodity prices and chinese growth dropping to an expected 6%

I would only buy the must have titles like MGS4, Killzone 2, Uncharted 2, RE5 etc. Everything else would get a rent and I would only buy games that I knew were increadible. No more getting games I'm not 100% on.

I would give up on the current console generation if the games were priced that high.
