I still can't believe that the wii is selling this well. The economy is hitting rock bottom and retail sales are spiraling downwards and people are losing their jobs everyday and yet they still have money to shell out $250 for a Wii. The economy must not be in that bad of shape if more than 100,000 people a week can afford to buy a Wii and still feed their families.

when you keep track of the number of threads there are on a certain topic... well... u really need something better to do. I said threads, but I was also thinking about the multiple people each week in the "NA SALES UP" thread that said DS is dead, or that no one is buying DS because they are waiting for the DSi...

Wow... Uncalled for personal attack? Well, I just took the number of weeks with low DS numbers (3) added 1 thread to that (1) and skimmed to see if I could find any (except for the 3). Didn't. Took me around 2 minutes to correct you. I too am getting tired of that.

if you consider me saying you need to find something better to do, a personal attack, well that seems a little overly sensative. I was just making a suggestion. You also seem to get kicks of trying to prove everyone wrong all the time, I really doupt you get tired of it.

Your sarcasm in your response to my post, would be considered a personal attack by what your standards seems. Again, I said nothing to warrant arrogant sarcasm, people kept saying DS was dead, and I am glad we wont be hearing that for a bit. Nothing wrong with that.

Awesome seeing 360 performing so well YoY. This month and next are going to have some amazing games coming up. Sales should be interesting near the end of February-March.

from sale of my local store I'm guessing that MS this last week saw a sell through of 80 or so percent of it's Arcade model and 70-75 percent of it's Pro... it's Elite is probably only at 40-50... it's much higher in my area... arcade systems rarely state in the case over a day and Pros sold out in about a day and a half.  I could see those low sales weeks and after seeing this boost I guess I can understand why we just got in 12 xbox 360s on Tue (I don't work wed or thurs).  We actually had 10 Wiis in stock and they last almost 3 days... kind of crazy.

this had nothing to do with post count. I do not consider Ony an obesessive poster at all, he just seems to correct people alot. I average 6-7 post a day he averages 8 or 9, that can be done in 30 minutes unless you are writing novels.
