I've been in 2 accidents. I drove again right away, but it did a number on my mental state while driving (mind you I was riding my motorcycle).
After the first one I couldn't make lefts without panicking, and after the second I couldn't go on the interstate without being paranoid.

In case any of you are wondering, I'm doing pretty well, I just got a swollen lip from the air bags (one of the few things that worked on that car), some of my fingers have been torn up a bit, and I'm sore as hell with a headache to top it off. It could have been a lot worse though, if I had a smaller car, it probably would have flipped over. Also, some background info about the area and conditions; it was about 8:40 in the morning (late start in school today), the sky was clear, and I was headed west down a dirt road in my neighborhood going about 30 mph. My car is kinda dirty, so it can be hard to see, but she should have seen me coming. So, yeah. Just felt like sharing how my day started with you guys ^_^ |
Did you go to the hospital? you really should. Have her insurance pay for it just in case you have whiplash.
I was in a accident before, but it wasn't as serious for me, I was driving my car one day and some guy was riding a four-wheeler and he was driving it in the ditch and just out of nowhere he didn't look at all he cut towards the road and sort of ramped up on the road and land right in front of me and I smashed right into him, my whole front end of the car was totaled. I was fine and he was fine, his head was blededing alot but I asked the doctors and they told me he'll be fine. The bastard even tried to sue me afterwards lol but nothing happened sinse he broke about 5-6 laws from doing what he did lol oh well.
@norlead I was the same way after the accident I had, I barely drove the speed limit and I was scare sh*tless someone was going to jump out in front of me, any time I seen someone walking on the road I'd slow right down to almost a stop and slowly drive by on the other side of the road.
Anyway enough about me, hope your doing fine insomniac17 you must of missed school that day right? atlease something good came out of it lol
I've been in so many accident (must be cursed or something...):
- First one when I was 14: school bus crash: one girl died and a guy has is stomach destroyed.
- Then plane emergency landing in Denver, not a crash but it was fucking scary (and no I didn't see the "light" or all my life or stuff like that lol).
- And then, car crash: I didn't have my licence and I was drunk ...
