Depends how long Sony and MS wait for another price cut.
I think that if the wii doesn't reach 50% market share this year then it will never do it.

i still think the wii will ever have 50% on the share. The wii didnt out sell both them this week

The Wii will definitely need a boost from Wii Sports Resorts and MH3 (Japan) only, combined with a decline in sales for its competitors during the weeks following the release of "consumer recognised games" like RE5 and SF4.

I may look into it a bit more to make a guess sometime, but for now I just want to say I appreciate the thread and look forward to watching it. Well, and to get it marked so I know to check it.

I fell behind on this thread because of some new rules at work. I will try to get it up to date after work tonight.

That is ridiculous. Since the 360 is likely to sell over 50m before it gets replaced, you're expecting the Wii to sell around 250m units?

I am sure it will be by the end of the year maybe earlier but it won't be easy. In order to that, the xbox360 should stop selling or sell slowly and I doubt that will happen any faster.

But is not impossible and is just a matter of time.

 errrrr i would. i like Sony's TVs but not their gaming division. Never bought a Sony console in my life.
