Not really a *new* genre, but i'd like to see the concept of Endless Ocean spun off into its own genre, a Zoological genre.

More of a technical question: what exactly made the 16-bit systems different from the 8-bit systems (aside from the differences in clock speed and RAM, what exactly does the x-bit thing mean?)
