@ alfredofroylan - I read that to mean it would be a remake rather than a port. ie the same game, but I don't think it'll be an entirely new game.

Would love to be proved wrong...

The only reason they're doing this is because they need to make more money because they did so poorly last quarter.

I won't complain. I don't care how I get more good games.

If they want to bring more core games to the Wii, fine, I'm all for that, but give us new games built for the Wii. All they are going to do with Dead Rising Wii is give us a version that looks nothing like the PS3/360 versions and probably sacrifices other things as well.

One is EA, the other is Capcom. What?

And yeah, Dead Rising is looking mightily crappy. I bet they only have interns working on it, I can't explain the videos I've seen in any other way.

Support good third party games on wii. Buy games like house of the dead overkill, de blob, madworld, the conduit and boom blox.

my friend loves Dead Space on his 360... this is certainly a pleasant surprise

This is great news.
I just hope my hopes aren't shattered when I see the first gameplay screenshots. I don't want to get excited for the game (Dead Rising) and then dismiss the game. I don't want this game to be the next DR:CTYD....Neeeds moar aliens
